(Hereinafter, Mihokan Group) Common to All Facilities
(Purpose)
These Terms set forth the matters necessary for the use of the public wireless LAN internet connection service (hereinafter, "the Wi-Fi Service") provided by Mihokan Co., Ltd. for the purpose of improving convenience at all Mihokan Group facilities it owns.
(Conditions of Use)
Users must agree to these Terms.
(Service Description)
This service is available free of charge during business hours, exclusively to guests using our facilities.
(Service Information)
✓The Wi-Fi Service provides a secure connection protected by WPA2 authentication.
✓Instructions for connecting to Wi-Fi and the connection password are provided in the guest room information booklet.
If you have any questions, please ask at the front desk or any staff member.
(Prohibited Acts)
✓The following acts are prohibited when using this internet connection service. If any of the following prohibited acts is discovered, the connection will be terminated immediately.
・Acts that infringe on the property, copyrights or other rights, or privacy of third parties or the Company; defamation or slander; acts contrary to public order and morals (obscenity, prostitution, violence, cruelty, abuse, etc.) or acts the Company judges likely to be so; or providing information contrary to public order and morals to third parties.
・Criminal acts, acts linked to criminal acts, or acts likely to lead to them.
・Election campaigning or similar activities, whether or not during an election period.
・Acts related to the sex industry or religious proselytizing.
・Acts related to spam email or the use of file-sharing software.
・Sending to third parties or the Company mass-distributed advertising, promotions, or solicitations, fraudulent information, or emails that cause or may cause offense (harassing emails).
・Using or distributing malware or other harmful programs through this internet connection service.
・Any other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
・Any other acts that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to third parties or the Company, or that the Company deems inappropriate.
✓The Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage incurred by users or third parties through the use of this internet connection service.
✓If a user incurs any damage or bears any legal liability in connection with information or files uploaded or downloaded using this internet connection service, the user shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility, make no claims against the Company, and cause the Company no trouble.

✓Our facility network is regularly checked for safety through vulnerability assessments, maintenance, and other measures; however, users are responsible for the security of the devices, terminals, apps, etc. they connect, and use this internet connection service at their own risk and discretion.
✓The service may be suspended without notice for maintenance of communications or electrical equipment.
✓This internet connection service does not guarantee connection speeds.
✓If communications placing excessive load on our facility network are detected, individual devices may be identified and their use restricted through bandwidth or session limits, or users may be asked to stop using the service.
✓This internet connection service makes no guarantee of operation and accepts no liability for malfunctions of the devices, terminals, apps, etc. that users connect.
✓To improve the ability to trace cybercrime after the fact, the following connection and communication logs, which contain no personal information, are collected:
・Connection date and time
・Number of connections
・Connection location information
・Device information
(Changes to the Terms and Service)
✓To ensure the safe use of this internet connection service, the contents of these Terms may be changed without notice. In addition, this internet connection service may be suspended or discontinued without prior notice for any reason.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on April 1, 2021.
