On the first-floor terrace stands a 70-year-old sycamore tree, and beyond lies the Bay of Miho. The old house built in 1919 and 100 years old was renovated by the Architecture Design Department of Shimane University. The retro-modern second floor designed by the students of the department offers a new sense of nostalgia. There is also a kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can bring your favorite ingredients and cook your own dishes.
Spend your time relaxing in a renovated private space of 200 square meters, overlooking the fishing boats passing by.

On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a washroom and a toilet, and on the second floor there is a relaxing space with a TV and a sofa.
